Löwenzahn is the label that Ulrich Doberenz founded at the end of 1989 with the support of his musician colleague Peter Uhlmann. The first album "Flucht nach vorn" by the duo Sonnenschein was already a success. Rum Records, which focussed on singer/songwriters and regional bands, and Heideck, which served the world music and folk genres, were later added as sub-labels.
