Adventus returns with their fourth studio album, De Mi Corazón Y Otras Miserias, featuring the welcome surprise of the addition of the beloved and charismatic Ramón Lage on vocals. Musically, De Mi Corazón Y Otras Miserias is an album in which sensitivity and forcefulness coexist in an organic and balanced way. The subtlety of the details provided by Fernando Mainer on bass and Manuel Ramil on keyboards is complemented by the metal power of Dani Arcos' guitars and Nacho Arriaga's drums. All of this is wrapped up by Ramón Lage, who instinctively places his voice in just the right place, imbuing the songs with a superb magnetism. It is common for promotional material for new releases to highlight certain songs from the albums in question. But in “De Mi Corazón Y Otras Miserias”, it is impossible to single out one song above another. The work maintains an innate integrity and coherence between all its songs, between the most melodic and the most energetic moments. It invites you to enjoy the work from beginning to end, while your heart beats to the rhythm of the frequencies set by the band's new compositions.
