A return to her roots, to the rediscovery of sounds, colors and emotions that are part of a rich and varied artistic background. This is the starting point of Karima's new album, Canta Autori, to be on JandoMusic | Via Veneto Jazz).

In this new story that looks at Italy, the musicians who have always accompanied her could not be missing, such as Bernardo Guerra on drums, Gabriele Evangelista on double bass and Maestro Piero Frassi on piano, at her side for 21 years now, who took care of all the arrangements. The album is also embellished by the participation of Nino Buonocore, who sings with Karima her iconic song Scrivimi, and Fabio Concato who gives us a wonderful duo version of Buona notte a te. The album will be released on May 28, 2025 and on the same date it will be presented in national preview with a live at the legendary Blue Note in Milan.
