      Description hide

A year after the release of First Rain, an album produced and recorded in Norway, Emiliano D’Auria returns as a leader with a new, bold and evocative album, recorded at the Bunker Studio in Brooklyn (NY) at the head of a quintet made up of established American musicians. The wind instrument’s section is entrusted to the trumpet of Philip Dizack and the sax of Dayna Stephens, the rhythm section sees the pianist from Marche (Italy) as the composer of all the songs, the Italian-American double bass player Rick Rosato and the drummer Kweku Sumbry. The Baggage Room will be released in November for the record label “Via Veneto Jazz”.
