Mara Aranda has toured the stages of more than half the world for 25 years. To celebrate her career, music and the success that has accompanied her, she releases MARE VOSTRUM, an album that combines inspiration, influences and emotions shared in this sea, the Mediterranean.

In addition to the usual formation that accompanies Mara Aranda: Jota Martínez (citole, hurdy gurdy and bouzuki), Abel García (Lute, Baglama and hurdy gurdy) and Sacha Gotowtschikow (traditional and oriental percussions) have collaborated on Mare Vostrum musicians that unite common memories, stories and shared emotions that are reflected in this album now. Not a product which that chases a maximum performance but the most vital project which continues to grow over the years and where Mara Aranda deeply reflects the tradition that can be benign and restorative as a sea crossing.
