“Danzas Brancas” (White Dances) Sondeseu Folk Orchestra of Galicia’s fourth album. This album follows the line initiated in their earlier work with an undeniable stamp of quality, promoting innovation and music of oral tradition, always from the perspective of collective creation. 

This new album contains songs from recognized Galician musicians linked to the orchestra as Anxo Caballas, Xaquín Xesteira, Xosé Liz or Rodrigo Romani and the collaboration with Kepa Junquera, joining in with more than forty musicians to form the first folk orchestra in Europe. 

Danzas Brancas is an evocation of the tradition embodied in a peculiar type of dance associated with religious celebrations with a strong pagan influence from the Middle Ages.

The recording faithfully reflects the atmosphere and the energy of the live Sondeseu performances, full of strength and powerful communication with the audience.
