Roberto Tarenzi pays tribute to a jazz giant, pianist Ahmad Jamal, with a recording in which he performs (with an exceptional trio or as a solo piano) pieces composed by the great pianist or from his repertoire, as well as original pieces composed by Tarenzi, played with the artistry of Mr. AJ in mind. His musicians are stars of their instruments: Dario Deidda on bass and Roberto Pistolesi on drums.
