      Auf der CD befinden sich 11 Stücke des ensembles madrugáflamenca. Es handelt sich um Vertonungen von Liebesgedichten Pablo Nerudas aus dem 1924 erschienenen Gedichtband "veinte poemas de amor y una canción desesperada". Auf dem Cover der CD befindet sich ein Bild des chilenischen Malers Nelson Leiva, der Neruda persönlich kannte und dieses Werk speziell für die Vertonungen von madrugáflamenca anfertigte.
