Louis Billelette de Villemeur is a saxophone player from Paris. He studied with André Villeger in Paris and graduated as a Master’s of Music Performance at the university of the arts in Lausanne, with Robert Bonisolo as his teacher.Louis plays in a variety of bands between France and Switzerland as a leader and sideman and regularly appears on Europes most prestigious stages like the Montreux Jazz fes-tival, Cully Jazz, JazzAscona, Jazz-im-Bess and Jazz in Marciac to name a few. He comes highly recommended from the European Jazz Community for his soulful and sophisticated sound, deeply connected to the Jazz tradition and its mystic legends, Louis arrives incorruptible, charismatic and present.
